Pay: $22 - $25/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Looking for a stable opportunity with long-term potential? We're seeking a Spanish/English Bilingual Legal Assistant to support a busy legal team in a fast-paced, professional environment. If you're highly organized, detail-oriented, and have legal administrative experience, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Do

Prepare, edit, and manage legal documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PDF software

Maintain and organize both electronic and physical client files

Support attorneys with daily case management and administrative tasks

Handle court e-filing and ensure all documents meet filing requirements

Manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel, and arrange office events

Process conflict checks, open new matters, manage mailings, and assist with billing activities

Coordinate with court reporters and assist with special projects as needed

What We're Looking For

Fluent in both Spanish and English (Required)

Court E-Filing experience (Required)

Experience working in a legal office or law firm

Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Word and Excel

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Bonus Points For:

  • Knowledge of North Carolina Civil Procedures
  • Experience in Employment Law
